About Laura Low

I have been a transaction coordinator for nine years. I spent the first four years working under my mentor, and in 2020, I started my own business.

As a transaction coordinator, I facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and escrow companies to ensure all documents are completed accurately and deadlines are met. I manage contract reviews, track contingencies, and ensure a smooth closing process. My goal is to streamline transactions, minimize errors, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

I serve clients throughout California, including Napa, Fresno, and Sacramento Counties. I truly enjoy the industry’s ever-changing nature, which keeps me constantly learning. I love supporting agents in growing their businesses and helping buyers and sellers experience smooth and successful transactions.
