Scenario:

Our Client was seeking a commercial investment property in Solano County, and came across a bank owned multi-tenant retail opportunity, that was partially vacant, as it came onto the market.  He asked us to submit an offer for him and to help him to successfully negotiate the purchase.

Actions: 

We provided comparables for the property to our Client, and helped him to arrive at a market value given the As-Is sale and the condition of the property.  We represented out Client to the bank and liaised with them at each stage of the negotiating process.

Results: 

We helped our Client to secure the contract on the property over the other contenders, and to successfully close escrow.
