Scenario:

The Clients were selling a 7 unit multi-family investment property and wanted to purchase another residential investment property that would be closer to their Napa location and that would be more simple to manage.

Actions:

Armando screened the Napa market for the Clients and found them a residential condo in a desirable area.  Worked with Clients to craft an attractive offer and secure the property under a 1031 Exchange.  Also kept the Seller's Agent and the Sellers in loop throughout the process of selling their multifamily investment property

Results:

Successfully completed the transaction under the complicated environment of newly changed California insurance regulations, and still met the calendar deadline for the sellers of the condo to close on their new residence too.  Very happy Clients on both sides of all the related transactions!
