Yountville

Yountville is a well located city with the focus of its commercial properties to be found in the wine, hospitality and retail industries, especially wine manufacturing and luxury hotels/resorts, and a wide variety of residential properties.

Yountville is in Napa County, in the Wine Country of California, United States. Located in the North Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area, the population was 3,436 at the 2020 census. Almost a third of the town's population lives at the Veterans Home of California. The town has a total area of 1.5 sq mi, all of it land.  The town was renamed in 1867 to honor George C. Yount, following his death. Yount was considered responsible for establishing the first vineyard in the Napa Valley.

Partly because it is nestled like a crown jewel in the center of Napa Valley, Yountville has become a highly popular tourist destination.  It is now internationally renowned as a culinary and wine industry hotspot, particularly for its high quality wineries and its two most famed Michelin-starred restaurants, The French Laundry and Bouchon.

Yountville is definitely a city which reliably delivers an enviable lifestyle to its residents, its workforce and its visitors.  Our Partners certainly enjoy the time that they get to spend in the office that is ideally located right between Bouchon and The French Laundry.  Yountville has long claimed the title of the location with the Most Michelin Starred Restaurants Per Head of Population in the USA.
