Scenario:

Client's luxury previously-owned car business was thriving and had outgrown its existing space.  The Client was seeking a new, larger location with all of the appropriate zoning.

Actions:

We established the geographic area, timeframe and budget that would work for the Client and began the search.  We screened all suitable properties that were on the market and reached out to brokers and contacts in the industry that could let us know about upcoming or off-market properties.  We narrowed the search to a number of preferred options and the Client toured them and submitted an LOI on those that were of interest. 

Results:

After several negotiation processes our Client reached an agreement with the Landlord of a great property and proceeded to put a lease in place.  The Client moved into their new, more spacious premises and their business has continued to thrive and grow.
